Attention Sportsman: During the month of October, combine fishing & hunting!  Fly fish the World Famous East Outlet of the Kennebec River and hunt for birds or rabbits…all in the same day!  Don’t forget your camera, New England is known for its unbelievable foliage and peaks September 20^th - October 15^th!

Ice Fishing on Moosehead Lake

Ice fish on over 1,000 feet of lake frontage on Moosehead Lake.  Ice fishing opens January 1^st and runs through March 31^st.  Rentals for icehouses and snowmobiles are readily available in the area.  We have private scenic trails to enjoy snow shoeing and cross-country skiing-you might even see some wildlife!  Big Squaw Mountain Ski Resort is just 6 miles down the road.  Enjoy downhill skiing and snowboarding without all the lines and the high prices!  The ITS snowmobile trail can be accessed at the end of our driveway connecting you to the entire Moosehead Lake Area Trail System.  The Groomer leaves right from our door!  Gas, food, and free trail maps are available at Wilsons for your convenience.
