- 7% Maine Lodging Tax is additional. Cottage prices are based on occupancy as noted. For each additional person, add $40.00 per person per night or $200.00 for the week. Children 5 to 12 are half price. Children under five are no additional charge.
- Pets are welcome with prior approval, but must not be left unattended, must be leashed at all times and cleaned up after. Credit card on file is required for damages. ($10/Day or $50/Wk Charge)
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Refundable with 30-day notice less a $25.00 processing fee. *July, August and Holiday reservations require a 60-day notice. The remaining balance is due in full upon your arrival. No refunds for early departure. We honor all reservations and you must pay for what you reserve.
- Rentals available: Boats with motors, canoes, and tandem kayak. Master Maine Guide on site. Gas and small store on premises. Prices subject to change.
